Dr. Josef Mengele has been hiding in Brazil and meeting secretly with a group of old SS men. They are planning to assasinate 94 men all over the world on specific dates. Yakov Liebermann (based on Simon Weisenthal) learns of their plans and investigates the deaths of the men. While doing this, Liebermann discovers that all of the men have sons who look exactly alike: dark hair, pale skin, blue eyes. Then, he finds out who the Nazi's have been cloning....
