candi1.jpgCandi - Let's see.. I'm an extremely pale, fair skinned redhead with oodles and oodles of freckles and - I'd say, very bright red/fiery hair.

Foundation: Revlon Colorstay SPF 15 in Nude. It's one of the lightest colors available, and weight-wise, pretty light coverage (available anywhere).

Powder: Cornsilk brand, No Color, Natural Matte Loose Powder (available at Walmart), or L'Oreal Translucide, either of which will provide natural coverage.

Mascara: L'Oreal Featherlash used to be available in a shade called Auburn, but they discontinued it, much to my chagrin. Now I use Featherlash in True Brown. Redheads with coloring like mine shouldn't really wear black mascara unless you want to look like a raccoon.

Eyebrow Pencil: L'Oreal Brow Colorist in Auburn. Great for those of us with really light/reddish blond eyebrows (available at Walmart).

Eye Shadow: I think a PERFECT shade for redheads wanting to keep their makeup more natural is (I hate having to admit to this-- the brand is Mary Kate and Ashley) Illumineyes Shimmering Eye Color in Glamour. It's a pale, shimmering gold color that looks FABULOUS on reds.

Lipstick: Max Factor Lipfinity in Modern 77, available at Walmart for about $10. This stuff ROCKS. It lasts well over 8 hours. You can put it on in the evening and it will still be on the next morning, though fading. If you like darker, more dramatic lipcolor, try Wicked Espiegle, 100, it's a darker brownish red. Another great color is Revlon ColorStay Lipcolor in Raisin, also available at Walmart. It won't kiss off, either! :-)
