Tintomara - It all depends on your general color, so I can only speak for myself. I am pale, brown eyed and have a copper tone to my hair. For people like me, number one is: Be proud of your pale skin! Take advantage of it instead of using too dark foundations that will make your skin look yellow. Shiseido makes good pale foundations, as does FACE or Kanebo. Eye shadow colors should be dramatic, never use pastel colors, they'll make you look sick. Use strong green, dark purple, gold, silver, perhaps even blue (but maybe not all of them at the same time!). If you want a discreet look, green is always preferable (but why should you?).
