blossybum - I have strawberry-red hair and fair skin with freckles. After spending most of my teen years experimenting with different shades and products, I've found the best tips that I always stick to are these: A yellow based foundation (not pink!) similar to your own skin tone is best. I use Cover Girl Continuous wear in Buff Beige. A brown eyeliner suit us redheads better than black and is way softer than black. Same goes with mascara. Eveyliner and mascara really brings out redheads eyes as most of us have quite fair lashes. I have found the best shade of eyeshadow that suits is a natural tanny brown. Peachy blush is best too. Stay away from bright red and pink lipstick! Unless you WANT to look trapped in the 80's, go for the more natural, earthy tones. Hope I've helped you!
