dreamfire - This tip will keep your eyeliner on all day so it doesn't end up down on your cheeks. Use an eye shadow similar in color (brown, black, whatever) and a sponge applicator to rub the shadow on top of the eyeliner. Use the clean end of the applicator to "clean up" the line for smoothness. This will set the liner in place all day.

To prevent those mascara tracks under your eyes or on your lids, only use the mascara at the base of your lashes and not extended to the ends. This gives a more full eyelash (which is what most of us are going for these days.)

For anyone who is interested as to why the above works...all makeup has some sort of "oil" in it that combines with the oil on your face. That reaction, in turn, eventually pulls the makeup away from where you applied it down onto other areas of your face.
