RedHedAngel - I am a strawberry blonde with lots of dark red tones underneath but the top and bangs are usually pretty orangie but have skin that tans to a fairly coppery color so most of the year I have a pretty healthy tan. I have found that Wet and Wild Tawny eyeliner is the best eyebrow pencil. Not to mention economical, it's not too pale and not too brown, just right. You can get this anywhere. I also am a huge fan of L'oreal Auburn Mascara for casual days or MAC Black for evenings. I don't often wear base - I prefer to just use a tinted moisturizer if I really look like I was out too late the night before. Neutrogena makes a fantastic one. I think sheer colors are the way to go for lipstick and I stick to pale tawny colors or dark browns for evenings.
