Akasha - I have copper red hair and quite a few freckles!! I used to try and hide them but I find now if I use a natural foundation and use bronzer and then a little blusher it looks v. natural and at the same time evens out skin tone without looking like you've put it on with a trowel.
I use mostly purples, greens and golds in eye shadow colours, and I find it works well to paint the eyelid with a light colour then use a darker colour around the socket and then a thin black eye liner around the eye for most days but if I'm feeling a little Stevie Nicks :) I use black eyeliner to darken the eye socket and use purples and golds on the eye lid to highlight.
