Luckoftheirish30 - I wear little and sometimes zero makeup. I have a small makeup bag, however, and will not EVER forget my chapstick. I love glossy lips!
Foundation for those that don't like heavy-thick makeup is CLINIQUE SUPERFIT MAKEUP- (for my fairness, I like #5-Neutral). This is by far, the best coverage yet. It covers flaws, small wrinkles and some blotchies. It has a yellowish-base tone, but, evens out and looks great outside too!
For color on my cheeks, I use a light sweep of #20-GOLDEN GLOW/CLINIQUE sheer powder blusher & then add OIL of OLAY's WILD ROSE #14: I rarely use any eyeshadows, but, I'll lightly brush GOLD DUST #03 CLINIQUE -glow crazy powder highlighter- for a little color. LIPSTICKS: I'm still iffy on. I haven't found the perfect shade, so, I use a mixture (CLINIQUE-TENDERHEART & SOFT BLOOM) and then top it with gloss of ANY kind. I prefer carmex chapstick- to keep my lips soft.
Black/Brown mascara, light- and, ALWAYS Cliniques' Turn-Around Creme before bed! This is a must.
NOTE: if you find your skin a little rough, or blotchy, lightly wash your face with COLD MILK! This is my Grandma's trick (Ireland)- and she's still so very beautiful!
NOTE: "pinching" your cheeks, if you have forgot your blush, will add a nice color to your cheeks! :) Not too hard, it'll bruise! giggle.
Hair Care- Even though I have no dandruff, using my husband's Head & Shoulders once a week helps with the dead dry ends-- I switch shampoos every other day, but ALWAYS use HAIR CONDITIONER by Paul Mitchell, after lightly drying my hair. This stuff is great for dry hair and smells great!
