Siobhain - I have very white skin, and it is translucent nearly. If I am even the smallest bit tired, I show it under my eyes. I have tried the most expensive concealers for this, but the one that has worked the best is the Ice Green concealer (not cover green) from Physician's Formula. You dot on a bit of it, and blend it with a bit of a darker concealer (not too dark my lovely red's), and it seems to just whisk those nasty circles away.
